Lexipedia (www.lexipedia.com) is an online visual thesaurus. It is a very simple site to use, especially for children. By using Lexipedia, you just simply type in the word you are searching for and Lexipedia will show you the targeted word along with other words. The words are also color coded to tell you the parts of speech and relationships. As you hover or move your mouse over the words, it displays the complete definition of the searched word.

Logging in to Lexipedia is free, which you just type in the site (www.lexipedia.com) and it direct you to the page. When searching for a word, it will not only give you the meaning, but it will also display the number of nouns, verbs, adverbs, adjectives, synonyms, and antonyms if available for the targeted word. The Lexipedia is a great platform for searching up words for kids. The site can offer more information or definition of a single word. It can be very useful because children can learn more definition of just one single word. Another best thing about Lexipedia is that it can translate 6 different languages which includes English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, and Italian.
