Flocabulary (www.flocabulary.com) is a very useful tool and a teacher friendly platform with numerous short videos that can help teachers teach current events and historical topics. With each videos, it has remarkable graphics along with upbeat songs that allows teaching more fun. To sign up, you can easily go to the website and create a username by entering your email address. This website has a free trial, and you can also pay for subscription that cost $67 a year for more videos for your students. Using the platform, Flocabulary, you can easily find videos that matches your classroom lessons that can be exciting and fun for the students. Teachers using Flocabulary videos have used in their reviews, where the students watch videos after learning about a certain topic and completing interactive lyrics worksheets. Using Flocabulary at the end of units also helps students remember better the topic they covered.

Flocabulary is a teaching tool, which is very highly engaging for student learning. It has engaging lessons for teaching inside the classroom. They have videos that engage student learning through hip hop that covers the lesson. It has vocab cards that build student’s word knowledge, vocab games that test word knowledge through numerous interactive exposures, read and respond, practice reading passages and answer dependent questions, quiz that assess lesson comprehension by auto-graded quiz, and lyric lab that student can demonstrate their mastery by rhyme writing. Flocabulary has helped students build vocabulary, master standards, and developed 21st century skills nationwide.
